Me and my husband moved to Amsterdam as expats and until we found our apartment we were at the Qbic literally for a month. Place was super close to my office and was comfortable. More than everything the team there were super helpful. When we moved in, we didn't expect to stay at the hotel for a month so the original booking were just for a week . And then I had to keep extending the stay and I have to give special thanks to Sanaa who was always super accommodative in finding not only room availability for me but the most value for money option given the duration of my stay there. By the time we left, the place really felt like 2nd home and the team was like family

The staff at the front desk of this hotel will make up for any shortcomings associated with the room itself. Knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help with any issues including help with public transportation around the city. The breakfast buffet was good the quality of the products was great. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of elevators. Again I cannot reiterate how nice the staff was. The location was right next to a train station so it was easy to get around and come back. The area around the hotel was super nice, chill and friendly.

The staff were really lovely and helpful, especially with regard to my delayed luggage. I was working in an office nearby, so it was very conveniently located. But it was also easy to get to other parts of the city in the evening. The bed was comfortable, and the Internet worked well.

Ive given the score of 10/10 as I simply could not fault this hotel for what it is and what I needed it for. The location is perfect, I was attending an event at the RAI which was a short walk or 1 metro stop. It is right next to a metro station (zuid) Only 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel, again a quick metro into the city centre from the hotel if you want, but I found there were plenty of nice little shops, eateries and restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and my room was as expected and was a comfortable stay. Very good value for money.

The reception staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. Although I had booked a room with a window, it faced the inner courtyard. When I requested an exterior-facing room, they upgraded me to a larger room. The room was very comfortable, and there was always coffee and tea available in the lobby. The location is excellent, right in front of the station. There's also a supermarket nearby. It’s just a 15-minute by train from the airport, and very close to the downtown area. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Amsterdam.

The room was large, it included towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer also free hot drinks 24hour. There was an eating area in the room. Easy checkin/check-out. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The Location was outside of the city centre, however was a 3min walk to Amsterdam zuid train station , so easy to access into city centre.

Location, room size, staff friendliness, they really were so helpful even under quite a stressful event. There was a power cut off some kind. free tea and coffee. Price was much better value than in London. Transport links were brilliant for getting to sight see and get anywhere. Lovely breakfast.

The hotel is at a really great spot. Very close to the Station Zuid metro, which makes travelling very convenient. There is a lot of convenient food stores closed by, in walking distance from the hotel. During the week it's busy, over a weekend it's nice and quiet. It was a great pick outside the hustle of Amsterdam, but close enough to have a 10mins train ride to Ronkin or Centraal station and you are in Amsterdam.

good location, very close to the metro, train and tram station with connections to all important sites. 15 minutes from the van gogh museum and 28 minutes from leiden for example. restaurants nearby. water, coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. Simple but tasty breakfast, nothing essential is missing (eggs, bacon, beans, yogurt, juices, coffee, fruit, bread, jam, cheese, hummus, croissant...). calm, no noise!

The experience was great, hotel design and facilities were amazing. Morning boufe was on point, clean, it felt really cosy and comfortable, especially because of the friendly staff. Here i must mention the name of Tarek El Alfy, one of the best staff members I have encountered! Sadly I was experiencing sever stomach cramps right on the day we had to check out, we wanted to rebook but it was full and Tarek did everything in his possibility to provide me and my boyfriend the next possible booking in the shortest time meanwhile gave us the best advices to sooth the pain and accurate informations on how hospitals work in Amsterdam. Without his help and guidance, we would not be able to book another hotel in practical time to stop the terrible pain I was feeling. Thank you Tarek for your help and amazing service!
